
On 13 December at 20:30 debuted at the Verona Philharmonic Don Pasquale by Donizetti, conducted by Omer Meir Wellber, directed by Antonio Albanian, scenes by Leila Fteita and costumes by Elizabeth Gabbioneta.
The opera in three acts, which immediately reveals his comic spirit, tells a story ageless and timeless, an elderly man who falls in love with a girl.
The protagonists of the representation are the bass Simone Alaimo in the role of Don Pasquale, the baritone Mario Cassi in the role of Malatesta, Norina the protagonist is played by Russian soprano Irina Lungu and the tenor Francesco Demuro as Ernesto.
The show will repeat Sunday 15, Tuesday 17, Thursday 19 and Sunday 22 of December.
